Representative Projects

Prineville Goal 5 Inventory, ESEE Analysis & Natural Features Overlay District

Winterbrook conducted an inventory of wetlands, riparian  corridors, wildlife habitat and scenic views and sites, floodplains and slope hazard areas for the City of Prineville. Winterbrook prepared ESEE Analysis and Natural Features Overlay District, which were adopted in mid-2009.

Junction City Local Wetlands Inventory

Winterbrook prepared a draft Local Wetland Inventory within the Urban Growth Boundary.  The work was completed in two phases: a planning phase in which existing wetland data and maps were collected, and a field inventory phase which included a public open house and on-site field assessments. Winterbrook completed Phase 1 between October 2008 and January 2009, and Phase 2 between February and June, 2009. A total of 13 wetlands were identified, ranging from one-half to 231 acres in size. Winterbrook prepared a report that summarized the local wetland inventory methods and findings and included a preliminary LWI map.
