Representative Projects Prineville Goal 5 Inventory, ESEE Analysis & Natural Features Overlay District Winterbrook conducted an inventory of wetlands, riparian corridors, wildlife habitat and scenic views and sites, floodplains and slope hazard areas for the City of Prineville. Winterbrook prepared ESEE Analysis and Natural Features Overlay District, which were adopted in mid-2009. Junction City Local Wetlands Inventory Winterbrook prepared a draft Local Wetland Inventory within the UGB and facilitated the public process. Damascus Natural Features Inventory Winterbrook led a comprehensive inventory and assessment of Goal 5 natural resources and Goal 7 natural hazards for the new City of Damascus. The study covered wetlands, riparian corridors, wildlife habitat, groundwater and state scenic waterways. It also reviewed geologic and seismic hazards, wildfire, windthrow, and flood hazards. As part of this process, Winterbrook facilitated a series of advisory committee meetings and presented its findings at public open houses.
