Greg Winterowd participated in the 2010 American Planning Association's (APA) Diversity Forum, which took place at the National Planning Conference in New Orleans. This year's forum
focused on providing examples of local, regional and statewide efforts in implementing programs that celebrate diversity in the planning field.

Douglas described a successful youth engagement program in Prince George's County, Maryland.

Winterbrook Planning is pleased to welcome Anita Cate Smyth to its ranks. Anita brings 15 years of experience in the environmental sciences, focusing on wetland delineation and permitting. She has a history of collaboration with Winterbrook on projects including Corvallis Natural Features Inventory; Damascus Natural Features Inventory, including a Local Wetland Inventory; Junction City Local Wetland Inventory; and natural resource assessments

| and wetland delineations in St. Helens and Portland. In the past, Anita was a program manager at Clackamas County Department of Transportation and Development, and also worked at W&H Pacific. Most recently, she was prinicpal of Westbrook Science & Design. With a Professional Master's Degree in Environmental Sciences from Oregon State University, Anita complements Winterbrook's team of land use planners and environmental scientists. |
