Winterbrook's land use planning services cover a wide range of projects. We address the needs of public and private clients, both large and small, in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Our projects include growth management and public facilities planning, ordinance development, comprehensive pland and code amendments, buildable lands inventories, commercial needs analyses, campus master planning, and permitting.

Representative Projects “Winterbrook’s knowledge of our local planning codes and issues, and Oregon’s planning program, were especially helpful. . . . Cottage Grove Economic Opportunities Analysis Winterbrook was lead consultant in drafting an EOA for the City of Cottage Grove. We updated the City's 2005 Buildable Lands Inventory, drafted amendments to the Goal 9 section of the City's Comprehensive Plan, and drafted a new Business Park ordinance to meet identified land need.
