Winterbrook is leading the Seaside School District’s application to amend the Seaside UGB to accommodate a new K-12 campus above the tsunami inundation zone.
Winterbrook helps schools plan facilities to meet their changing needs. Our planners collaborate with schools at all grade levels, from elementary to post-secondary, on renovations, building additions, new buildings, and campus-wide master plans. We address the complex needs of institutions, working collaboratively with educators, students, and neighbors to get things done.

Winterbrook provides on-call planning services to Catlin Gabel on a range of land use issues.
Winterbrook led permitting for a major expansion of the Rock Creek campus, based on a bond measure passed in 2008.
Winterbrook led planning and permitting for an early childhood learning center, coordinating with the school district, public agencies, and area residents.
With Portland Community College, Winterbrook worked with a multi-disciplinary team to prepare an impact mitigation plan for campus expansion in Northeast Portland.
