SolarCity Photovoltaic System

Winterbrook worked with SolarCity engineers and Clean Water Services staff to design the layout and obtain permits for a 1,700-panel photovoltaic system at CWS’ Durham Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility.  The system will produce about 408,000 KWh of electricity per year, to be primarily consumed by the Durham Facility.  Winterbrook led the effort to secure Conditional Use approval for the project. The City of Tigard Hearings Officer approved the project in the fall of 2012.
