Fulton Pump Station

Winterbrook led the environmental and permitting tasks for a new water pump station, which received unanimous approval from the Portland Design Commission and land use Hearings Officer.
Smyth & Bybee CNRP

In collaboration with Metro, Winterbrook prepared a first-of-its-kind Comprehensive Natural Resources Plan for the 2,100-acre Smith & Bybee Wetlands Natural Area in North Portland.

PCC Cascade Impact Mitigation Plan

Powell Butte Reservoir & Park Master Plan

Winterbrook led the land use and environmental compliance process for the Powell Butte Reservoir and an update to the Park Master Plan.

Leach Botanic Garden

Tim Brooks assisted with the preparation of the Leach Botanical Garden Master Plan. He served on the Steering Committee and presented the plan to City Council.
Mayoral Forum
