Powell Butte Reservoir  #2,  Portland, OR

Winterbrook coordinated the environmental planning and permitting process for Powell Butte park improvements and reservoir construction.  The project's first phase was approved in August, 2009.  Planning for Phase II park and trail improvements is currently underway.
