Fulton Pump Station
Winterbrook led the environmental and permitting tasks for a new water pump station, which received unanimous approval from the Portland Design Commission and land use Hearings Officer.
Smyth & Bybee CNRP
In collaboration with Metro, Winterbrook prepared a first-of-its-kind Comprehensive Natural Resources Plan for the 2,100-acre Smith & Bybee Wetlands Natural Area in North Portland.
Cottage Grove Planning
Winterbrook prepared a Buildable Lands Inventory, Economic Opportunities Analysis, Comprehensive Plan updates, and a new Business Park ordinance.
PCC Cascade Impact Mitigation Plan
With Portland Community College, Winterbrook worked with a multi-disciplinary team to prepare an impact mitigation plan for campus expansion in Northeast Portland.
Powell Butte Reservoir & Park Master Plan
Winterbrook led the land use and environmental compliance process for the Powell Butte Reservoir and an update to the Park Master Plan.

This multi-year project included a comprehensive evaluation of scenic, cultural and natural resources within a 7,000-acre study area.
Leach Botanic Garden
Tim Brooks assisted with the preparation of the Leach Botanical Garden Master Plan. He served on the Steering Committee and presented the plan to City Council.
Mayoral Forum
Winterbrook co-sponsored and organized the only Portland Mayoral Candidates Forum focusing exclusively on planning and design issues.
OAPA / APA / LAP
Principal Greg Winterowd served on the OAPA board from 2007-2011. He currently serves on the executive committee of APA’s Latinos and Planning Division.
